You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Access is personal and non-transferable
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
As a small business under the Austrian Kleinunternehmerregelung (§6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG), we are exempt from collecting Value Added Tax (VAT)
Prices do not include VAT, and no VAT will be added at checkout

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at time of purchase
We accept payment through our designated payment processors
All payment information must be accurate and current

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Online Courses

7-day refund period from date of purchase
Refund requests must be sent to gideonclark@gcvocalcoaching.com
Required information for refund requests:
- Email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
Approved refunds processed within 3-10 business days

4.2 Live Services

The following services are non-refundable:

One-on-one coaching sessions
Group coaching sessions
Live training sessions

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Renewal and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Billing occurs on the same day each billing cycle

5.2 Cancellation

Cancel before the next payment date to avoid charges
No partial refunds for unused portions
Cancel through:
1. Account settings on platform
2. Email to gideonclark@gcvocalcoaching.com

6. Digital Content Delivery

6.1 Access

Delivery instructions provided during checkout
Customers must follow specific instructions for each product
Check all email folders, including spam

6.2 Technical Support

We will provide reasonable support but are not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow instructions

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

Course materials
Videos
Audio files
Documents
Training materials

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Sharing access credentials
Distributing or reselling content
Recording or downloading content
Public presentation without permission

8. Community Guidelines

8.1 Expected Behavior

Respectful and courteous conduct
Professional language
Constructive participation

8.2 Prohibited Behavior

Harassment or discrimination
Hate speech
Spam or promotional content
Sharing others’ personal information
Disruptive behavior
Inappropriate content
Unauthorized solicitation

8.3 Enforcement

Right to remove inappropriate content
Account suspension or termination
No refunds for terminated accounts

9. Governing Law

9.1 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
